I loved my stay here at Royalton. The staff was super friendly, rooms were clean, the mattress and pillows were comfortable. The view was stunning. The entertainment team was engaging and keep us feeling energized. The fitness team, Rory and team were top notch, super friendly, proficient and well prepared to challenge us with their routine. I shall miss them all. I will definitely return to this resort.

Loved the resort, staff is super friendly and service was perfect. The food was ok nothing great. But that's to be expected at any resort. Beautiful looking resort, very clean and well kept. Entertainment team always kept things fun and made sure everyone was having a great time. My kids loved the splash pad and big pool. Only down side was that I had no idea this resort backed on to a busy street. We usually sleep with the patio door open and like to wake up to the sound of the sea or even just peacefulness. But the street noise made that impossible. Overall it was a great vacation and would recommend this resort.

Absolutely wonderful hotel. Very clean and tidy, wonderful staff, and wonderful food. Nightly entertainment, and plenty of bars and different food options available. Based on an amazing beach, with 7 mile Beach (absolutely stunning beach and one of Jamaica's most popular tourist destinations) is about a 15 minute walk. Trusted cab drivers are able to take you anywhere, however they are quite pricy. Overall, worth every penny and more.

Everything about this place is Exceptional. The staff are very welcoming and pleasant. The grounds and beach are Breathtakingly beautiful. The food was amazing, something different to eat every night. The only thing I would change is the coffee it was not the greatest. I will definitely be going back.

Stay away from the people trying to sell the vacation club membership. We used to stay at Grand Lido quite a bit. We decided to go check out the new Royalton. Paid $240 last night for a "night pass" to get some dinner and walk around. We agreed to come back at 9:00 this morning for a tour and 90 minute presentation. They were going to give us, in return, a voucher toward a future trip and two day passes so that we could check out the beach on the Grand Lido side (which seemed pretty small to me). After spending THREE HOURS with them, we said we'd like to think about whether or not to buy into the vacation club. (We were tempted, but wanted to do a little research and use our day pass to determine if we really wanted to commit to 15 years of vacations at this place!) At that point they told us the deal only included one day pass--and we'd have to pay for the second! Not only will we now not buy a vacation club membership , but we'll probably never go to the Royalton again. There are plenty of nice places in Jamaica. Don't waste your time with these people!

Would be 5 stars but we booked an adult only resort only to find out most of the resort is a family resort. Restaurants, and nightly shows are full of kids. The buffet has an adult only sitting area but still have kids in food area. Also adult only beach is not the best. Family beach is awsome. So great resort for family. Not good at all for adult only.

Loved the resort. Great family environment. They also have privacy for couples. The food was amazing. People are so warm and hospitable. This was our second visit in 5 months. Love it and will go back again!

Nice resort but had issues with overbooking our entire group. They compensated with an upgraded room package but placed us in a less than desirable part of the resort without notifying us it was the Au Natural area. To each their own but would have preferred the rooms we booked in the resort requested.

Food is OK but be sure to make reservations ahead of time for sit down restaurants.

The staff in all areas of the resort were amazing.

The staff at Royalton was very friendly. However, the buffet opened a half hour late at least the last 2 days we stayed out of our 10, when they opened the food was cold and not very appetizing. The other restaurants we excellent! The locals in Jamaica are very pushy when trying to sell things. In our room we had power issues the first few days which wasn’t a big deal. The elevator is our building was out of service for at least an hour if not more everyday. It’s safe to say they have some work to do with just opening. Hopefully they improve. We stayed at royalton in Cancun and absolutely LOVED it that’s why we chose to stay here in Negril.

This is a full service all-inclusive hotel that has a design and fittings for an elegant 2017 property that is family friendly. The property, rgettably, does not have a visible Jamaican feel. The wonderful and perky staff make up for all of that with their Jamaican spirit.

Royalton Negril was a wonderful experience. Every staff was very pleasant and friendly to the point where you and your family are very comfortable. The food was good with plenty of dinning options to choose. And as far as entertainment goes there was never a dull moment. They made our honeymoon very rememberable and pleasant. A+😀😀😀

Great all-inclusive spot for a decent enough price. Too much concrete for my liking but they did try to maintain some of the original big beautiful trees. If you like nature, the Hideaway side of the property is better for you. Many options for restaurants. Bars don't open early enough. Staff was awesome!!! Especially the yoga instructor, hideaway bar team and bambino at water sports. Love the room key bracelet concept and the informative smart TV. LOVE that all rooms have an amazing beach view!

Royalton in Negril is a nicely designed property. You know there are a lot of people here, but at no time do you feel like you are in a 'cattle farm' like I experienced at other large all-inclusive hotel. I had the pleasure to stay in a suite and the service was great. Very attentive. There were a few minor hitches, nothing of any real consequence and they seem open to feedback.
Great atmosphere contributes to a almost certain great time once you dive into the moment.
Speaking of diving, the do have SCUBA here, though their website makes no mention. Had a couple of nice dives.
