If you are looking for authentic Jamaican cuisine, then this is NOT the place for you. The menu is more Spanish based, which is weird for a resort in Jamaica. The modern design of the rooms are wonderful. Very clean environment. Staff was luke warm.

This place is simple and gorgeous. Its so peaceful. The view is amazing, just like the pics. The music is really good. And the food...excellent. Best vacation ever! Service is awesome. Only downside is the wifi is not that great. But gives you more time to indulge in Jamaica’s natural beauties.

Warm welcome upon entering resort. We were immediately assisted with our bags. Noticed the lobby area was very clean, open and airy.
Rooms were clean. There was always someone cleaning around the entire resort all day long. They even mop the walkways outside of your room! We did have an issue with the sink by the 3rd day. Maintenance fixed as promptly as possible and apologized profusely. The morning/lunchtime Chef is very friendly and makes sure you are happy with your food selection. THE ENTERTAINMENT TEAM IS EVERYTHING!!!! We have been back home for about 3 weeks now and I almost forgot their names...let me see...Kandi, Staci, Travis, Rio and Roman?? I think! They guys and girls have something for you to do all the time! They are very friendly and professional at the same time. They mingle with the vacationers and make sure they are feeling included and have a great time! The Entertainment Team to me is a VERY important part of this resort!

Nice hotel with ocean view from each room. The room was clean and comfortable with minibar re-stocked every day. Very good food in the buffet, lots of different things to choose from. Super friendly staff. Good entertainment during the day and in the evening. Be sure to check out the cafe bar in the first floor, not everyone seem to know about it.

Would give it 4 1/2 stars. Very clean hotel with workers always working diligently on the grounds, too, to keep it spectacularly well maintained. Good food; drinks a plenty. Overall, staff was awesome...but of course there are always a few with poor attitudes, or just not as good as most. Not a 5 star...no bottle of rum waiting in your room, or fancy towel art, or welcome basket...alarm clocks not working in any of the rooms of the people we spoke to; and time on phone is wrong, too.

Nice place, not updated very much from the decameron Montego Bay that's right next door. The staff at the Montego Bay resort are much friendlier. Food is great. Rooms are nice as well

Loved this resort. Beach is pristine, food was amazing, and staff were friendly and entertaining. Beautiful and spotlessly clean accommodations. Looking forward to my next visit!

Me and my wife loved it. Everything was good! My only complaint is the poor water pressure in the showers and the cleaning people that clean your room, they have bad attitudes. Other than that, was perfect.

Staff here are very welcoming amazing, this resort is quiet, spacious and definitely relaxing. Food here has been pretty great for an all-inclusive resort and there's a lot of shops within walking distance from the resort. I highly recommend it.

Hotel property is very nice. Rooms are large, beds comfortable, nice walk-in shower. No dresser in rooms-only small closet with a few shelves.
Service, on the other hand, has been inconsistent at best. Simple requests like replacing towels, providing shampoo, and supplying only water (rather than beer and soda) required repeated requests.
Restaurant reservations proved to be a daily challenge, with staff sometimes allowing requests prior to 7am, therefore not being able to help those of us who waited until proper time. Hotel only able to seat 6 guests at each alloted seating. This was very frustrating as staff was inconsistent on any given day if exceptions were made or not.
No way to escape late night music which often played until midnight.
Unfortunately, we are not likely to return.

Stayed here last week. My bathroom door was missing, I had a shower curtain instead. Check in was very hectic and unorganized, no one explained anything about the resort to us and we had to keep going to the front desk to ask basic questions like, where can we get pool towels? What time are meals served? Made reservations the first night at the beach grill and waited almost 2 hours for lukewarm seafood, had 2 bites and left to go to the buffet, which we enjoyed. Decent resort, but for the money they should work on some things...also, NO TOP SHELF anything. Had fun, but wouldn't want to return

The experience was amazing. The beach and the view was the high point of the hotel in my opinion. The food was delicious they could have a bit more variety. Overall it was a weekend well spent.

Great Hotel and very close to the beach.
Food is good but be aware at this time vegans are not well provided.
Most of the staff is attentive and friendly.
Loads of shops nearby but their desperation to get you into their shops is relentless.
The hotel is less than a year old so there was one or two teething issues but nothing drastic.
You are free to visit it's much older sister facilities for free and use the facilities even eat at the restaurant, it's about a casual 15 minutes stroll from your main hotel while not leaving the hotel grounds. Guests from that hotel are not provided the same freedom.

Great sunsets over the ocean you can see from your hotel room.

I enjoyed my stay there. The resort is new still requires some work as far construction but overall it is beautiful. Most of the staffs are real nice. The resort is on its own private beach every rooms over look at the beach. Food is good, enough varieties for everyone's liking. The activity staffs are great the entertainment is fantastic lots of all inclusive water activities. I spent a very nice 7 days there. I would definitely returned back as a guest to Royal Decameron Cornwall Beach. I recommend it.

No coffee/tea maker in the room

No room service. Even if you need a cup of coffee you go and and get it from the restaurant.

Clock in the room don't work. Informed receptionist. She laughed " None of them work""

Asked about how to use locker in the room. She said it would cost $2 a day.

The door of the refrigerator in the room does not work and leaves everything warm including my wife's diabetes medicines. They plan to fix it.

This has been in less than 24 hours in this joint.

I was told this hotel reopened in Dec/16. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are quiet and the beds very comfortable. You can also walk over to the other Royal Decameron hotel without leaving the property.

Resort was very clean and the housekeeping staff provided us with freshly made beds, picked up rooms and new towels daily. All staff is very friendly and accommodating. Very beautiful interior design of the hotel with modern fixtures. The views of the ocean are gorgeous. Pool is very clean and organized with many tables and chairs and pool chairs. There is a moderate sized beachfront that was well kept and equips with plenty of umbrellas, tents and beach chair. Food provided has a variety of options. Would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking to visit. Definitely would visit again.

We were really impressed with the resort. It looked like it had only just opened. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfy. The food was a good quality, what you would expect from a buffet. The private beach they have is absolutely stunning, as is the sea. The pools were pretty cool too. Our only complaint was that they advertised specialty drinks nights, however they did not have the ingredients to make mojitos. Overall, good place to stay for a reasonable price.
