I went here for 3 days and it wasn't the best place I had been. I had to take a cold shower everyday.They had a bunch of cats walking around the property so if you're allergic like I am it may not be a good idea to stay here. The wifi didn't work and when I told the lady at the front desk she did nothing about it and she told me that there was nothing wrong with the wifi and something wrong with my computer even though lots of people were coming in day complaining about the wifi. The food was pretty good and the beach was nice. Other than that lady at the front desk not doing anything about the wifi the staff was very helpful. Unfortunately this trip was not that enjoyable for me. I would never recommend this place to MY WORST ENEMY. And Rooms on the Beach Negril, YOU WILL NEVER SEE ME AGAIN!

Beautiful place. Clean rooms. No refrigerator in room. Very loud music from Woodstock's next door until very late at night each night.

WIFI not great & cut off night before check out, couldn't reconnect and staff didn't care. Hot water not great in morning, staff only average, and room not cleaned day before we checked out, we had another night to sleep there, no beds made or clean towels provided. When we asked for the room to be cleaned they said sorry. I had to ask for towels, when they came we had to hang them up ourselves and they didn't even want the dirty ones. Extremely disappointed in their reaction to not cleaning our room, very poor customer service for retention to be a repeat client. We have been a repeat visitor to Negril seven years in a row and this has been our worst experience for a resort that is suppose to cater to tourists. Not impressed and not worth the value they charge nightly for rooms, won't return and don't recommend this place. Location is good along with beach area, that's all and is out of staff control, so easy for that to be ok.

Nice place on the beach staff very helpful but u get the feeling not enough staff.hotel was overbooked had to spend 1st night at another hotel came back to be told we had to wait to check in eventually. Room was ocean view but had no phone in the room very poor.

This place employs a lifeguard, named Mario Holness, that risk his life to save three people from another hotel from drowning today. When Mario heard cries for help from down the beach, he did not hesitate to fight 20 foot swells, to save three people from drowning. Big up to this hotel for keeping this real life Super Hero on staff.

I had a great stay at Rooms. The staff are friendly and make you feel welcome. Loved the continental breakfast. Excellent location.

I have it one star because I cannot give zero or negative stars. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The staff was not helpful in the least. When I was faced with a problem they spend more time telling me what they couldn't do that actually trying to help. The WiFi was down on my block and it took about an hour after argument before the gave us a discount. There was one assistant manager, Ms Rose who was not only not helpful but was down right belligerent. She should never work in a customer service role ever. I will never stay there again and I would never advise anyone to stay there.
