  The Kingston location just open and has the worst cashiers with absolutely no customer service training after waiting for 2 hours I asked for a refund and my money was thrown at me. Just terrible

  Location - This is a very small ‘shop’ which I believe needs a better sign on the outside to direct people towards it!
  
  Pricing - pricing is very reasonable for example $4USD $6USD & 8USD based on your choices! There’s a flat JMD conversion rate of $100JMD which I’m highly impressed with, as it gives locals a fair chance to enjoy.
  
  Menu - You might be staring at the menu for a while before making a selection because the choices are so many! However the staff members are there to assist you with your selection.
  
  Staff - I was impressed with the male server who took my order & got up to make prepare the ice cream as opposed to the / females that were sitting DIRECTLY at the preparation table but did not move when the guy gave them my order!
  
  It’s fascinating to watch them making the product! I don’t think I made a good selection/combination so I will NOT comment of taste

  OMG, the whole experience here was amazing!! Where to begin....
  Well, as with a lot of independent ice cream shops, there was a plethora of options guaranteed to just discourage an ice cream novice like myself.
  Then comes the manager with an authentic smile and a genuine understanding of how confusing simply choosing the right ice cream can be for a first time costumer. And she made a world of difference.
  Not only did she explain the whole process to me (and trust me, it is a 2 minute process to create your perfect, all natural version of an ice cream), but then we got to watch the the process as the ice cream officianados proceeded to make six ice creams that were just right for each of us.
  Then the experience of eating these was gastronomic. My taste buds remained in a state of overstimulation long after my ice cream was done.
  Snickers and Bailey's ice cream roll, Oreos and Bailey's ice cream roll and the hummingbird with Bailey's. Unbelievably good....each and every one of them.
  Thanks so much to the staff and especially to the manager for the delightful experience.

  The area is quaint and small. The staff is very friendly. The variety offered is VAST. You may end up staring at the board for a while trying to pick something incredible.
  Some of the attendants were more experienced than others when I went there so my friend got a neater bowl than I did. It's really fascinating to watch as they create your specific flavour.
  It's reasonably priced. $4 USD for one flavour. $6 USD for two flavours. $8 for the specialty flavour. They gave us a flat rate in JMD so we paid $400 each.
  They had a two free topping promotion when I went there.
  The overall experience was ultimately better than the rolled ice-cream itself.

  Currently, the only rolled ice cream shop in Jamaica. My experience was pretty good. They have a lot of options for the different types of ice cream and toppings so it was a very personalised and customisable. You also to watch step by step how the ice cream is mixed in with the toppings and then rolled. The customer service was also good. There is a bit of a wait time since everything is done to your specifications when you order but I think that adds to the experience. I will be returning soon. A+
