Pros:
Rex Cafe; Best food on campus.
Spacious, Tranquil environment.

Cons:
The hall is old, so are the appliances. Some stoves, fridges, are malfunctioning.
Rooms are small
Walls are thin (you know what this implies)

the community at Rex is the best of all the Mona halls without a doubt. However, nothing works, so if you like people but don't mind having no WiFi or broken appliances, then Rex is for you.
*Update, they recently fixed the WiFi and hot water on the flats, however, the wifi is now slow and hot water completely absent. Hall life still good tho*

Suitable living conditions, has necessary facilities, such as a commissary, laundry room and a multipurpose auditorium and it also has wifi that can be accessed from your room. The down fall of this Hall is that It has not made any major developments over the past few years and is also in dire need of a gym.

Pros: Rex Cafe; Best food on campus.

Cons: Wifi sucks, you may have to pay for your own internet connection.
The hall is old, so are the appliances. Some stoves, fridges, driers are malfunctioning.
Rooms are small, but you should expect that.

Far from classes but close to the sporting facilities. Strong Hall culture and lots of opportunities to be involved in extracurricular activities
