Went there to have a passport renewed at 1:30 was told numbers finish so I guess that's the way all business places should be set up then after you do a certain amount of work you close. I found that rather stupid and it goes to show how backward our country is and that these place lack proper management.

Paid for a three day express service to get my mom's birth and death certificate so I could take care of some business. The three days turned into four, five days and still did not received them. I had to end up leaving Jamaica and had my daughter pick them up. A week later. Sucks. #HIGHWAYROBBERY#

I had an okay experience. The wait wasn't long and the staff members were nice. The security guard there was a bit intimidating though. I'm still not sure if that's good or bad
