If I could give these people 0 stars I would gladly do so.
Customer Service is crappy, it's like they went to into some areas and found the worst people to answer their phones, It would have been better they had an online chat. The agents are rude, the address you as if they are talking to the lowest forms on the earth. After you have paid thousands of dollars to then wait on the time you are given they have the nerve to tell you to wait for an extended period. Without resolution in sight. No one know how to descalate a situation, most don't know how to resolve a simply little issue. I deal with customer 7 days a week, most times for 18 to 19 hours a day and If I spoke to my customers the way I was spoken to by a rep in this company, I would not have a JOB. JAMAICA is the only country that the GOVERNMENT run agencies have no accountability. This needs to end.

Extremely rare to answer the phones. Very poor service in geneology department, they will take weeks to answer your email if lucky so you will have to keep calling. Poorly run department by the government. The head of this agency should be fired and replaced with someone that knows what effiency means.

This was the worst customer service l have ever experienced in my life. To think that these people in that office actually represent the Jamaican government it's actually very sad. You ring and they put you on hold like you have time and money to waste. I wonder where the hell their workers are at since their phone is never answered. Waste of flippin time and money getting married in Jamaica you will wait months before you even get your certificate and waste money trying to flippin get in touch with someone who actually has sense to sort their mess out.
