Customer service today was awesome really courteous and pleasant staff, helpful location ideal a sale was on so I got a great deal on the items I bought definitely a place to recommend just about everything is available here there's even a western union inside which is very convenient and snacks are now sold here and juice

My last visit to the Ocho Rios branch was horrible. As J'cans, service seems to be the least of our priority. Your tenants Western Union need to step it up. As a remittance service company being housed in such an elite company it should be mandatory that all their employees be trained according to the standards of your company. What is being demonstrated in your Ocho Rios branch is simply disgusting. I tried speaking to someone who presented to be the manageryet again the interaction was underwhelming. I will never visit your location again for anything. Regards.

The equipment that's used to measure wire need to be repaired. We had to be using floor tile measurement. This is ridiculous. This instrument has been out of service for long time now. Come on Rapid, do better.

Pretty good hardware store located on the old main road in Pineapple, Ocho Rios. You will find larger stores with more selections in Kingston but the selections that they carry here are worth a look. There are many high end villas and condos in the immediate area so they stock items to appeal to those customers. Be aware that inventory is limited and they sell hot items fast (like designer tile) so get everything you need at once because when you come back that item may be gone. Overall, it's a great store and I always find something to buy.
