  So this was the first for us. We decided to go with Raffael's Gourmet Pizzeria because the menu looked very good and it was outside of the realm of the typical, mainstream pizza joints. But unfortunately the experience we had would teach us a valuable lesson. We phoned them first to find out of they delivered to our hotel. The lady on the phone wasn't sure and said she had to chk with the delivery guy. We remained on the phone while she did this. She came back saying it would cost J$400.00 for the delivery. We thought that was reasonable so we gave her our order and she said it would take half hour. No problem. After almost an hour, the delivery guy showed up, but instead of the J$400 delivery charge that was told to us by the rep on the phone, this guy said we had to pay an extra J$500 for his personal delivery charge!! I was absolutely livid because this extra delivery fee wasn't disclosed to us before. My husband paid the extra fee because he didn't want to cause a scene (being the peaceful man that he is). I was annoyed but I held my tongue. Now onto the pizza and wings......for the price we paid overall, that pizza was not worth even half of the cost! It was cold, they didn't cut it all the way through, and there was hardly any chicken on it! We ordered the jerked chicken pizza. What an absolute disappointment. When we opened the box, the pizza shined like a diamond, so we were expecting deliciousness, but got cold, rubbery, upsetting
  poorest excuse of a pizza instead! And I love pizza....but I know better for next time. Never ordering from these people again! Oh, the wings were OK. They were supposed to be sweet chilli, but they were just sweet :-(

  Went for Restaurant Week 2017 (Nyam & Scram category) and had a good time. The ambiance is nice with indoor and outdoor seating available. Service was great, prices reasonable however authentic isn't the word I would use to describe their cuisine. I had high expectations with the promises 'Italian' and 'gourmet' but their pizza was greasy and bordering on bland. Everything else tasted fine though (soup etc.)

  Pizza that tastes great and doesn't leave you feeling heavy and greasy. Different kinds of artisan pizza. Very nice chill vibe.

  small and cozy dining area, pizza was great, my husband had the bbq pork chops and my sister had the salmon... customer service receives A+ oh cheese sticks for appetizers yum

  I had pizza there with my family, not too authentic when it comes to Italian pizza but it was ok. Certainly not the best, you'd have to go to La Pizzeria for authentic Italian pizza. And I was a bit annoyed of the frequent checks by the staff, like literally every 10mins til I started wondering if they think I would run off without paying. Other than that the place is ok
