The quality of the food was excellent however they suffered from poor order management. Phone calls took precedence over instore customers resulting in a build up of uncollected orders on the counter and a long line of disgruntled customers.

Great food that's reasonable priced. A bit spicy so make sure you can handle it but I'd definitely recommend especially for breakfast.

My favourite place to take breakfast or lunch from - its true the line can be long just means its the best spot around! I've tried everything on the menu- stew beef is the best. The staff are all wonderful and I love that they know me by name! If you care about the environment I suggest bringing your own bag to carry take-out food in and cutlery.

I eat here 3 times a week and I will be sad when I leave Jamaica and can't eat here anymore!

Your local food joint for Jamaican foods. Don't expect any fancy name fine dining options. There is a crowd most times so ensure you are not starving or you have enough time budgeted for getting food here as the wait can overwhelming.

This an update to my previous review about 2 years ago; I gave them a three star rating because their waiting time was so long. Today I can say that they have vastly improved in this area; they are way more efficient than they used to be.

They have maintained the high standard of their food and their prices are still very good compared to everyone else. I doubt you will find better tasting food down town at any price.

Verdict: A+ food, wait times are no longer a deal breaker but there is still room for improvement on that front.

The food is good, consistent quality on most occasions. The menu prices are reasonable for most items. he wait time for food is far too long as there tends to be a backlog of orders, especially at peak lunch hours. Pro tip: you can call and pre-order your food which should save some time.

The breakfast served is really good and at a very economical price. I would recommend them. The service is a tad slow for the morning rush. But the food is worth the wait. If you can call in and order prior, I highly recommend it.

Place is hot and food takes a while to be served. By 1pm other chicken dishes are finished. Only fried chicken is served. Food is usually hot though and tastes really good.

Really good food, friendly staff and excellent price. However, they need to sort out how they handle orders, they aren't very efficient at it; you could have a decent wait to get your food. Calling in advance doesn't seem to make much of a difference either. If the wait time wasn't so long I'd give them Five stars.
