I generally only go here for Apex. 2016 thieves broke into my car n stole valuables in this plaza. Since then I only venture here for important business such as seeing the doctors at Apex.

I love that Popeyes and frozen yogurt can be had here. Nice ambience. Lots of seating and the shopping is good. Lots of parking outside too.

The Portmore Pines is a spectacular venue to accommodate business as it as busy as bees having patrons complete their errands at this one convenient location as it houses business's from restaurants, banks, supermarkets and the list goes on.

One of the original plaza that people had grown used to and it is still doing well despite the emergence of newer and more trendy plazas. Right next to it is another plaza that engulfed Tastee Patties from them. Though this happened, people seem to flexible and adapt to these.

Most of the business establishment seem to have a rest room for themselves and the public.

If I go to Pines, I find myself spending less time than the other ones close by. Things and time do change - SMH.

The Pines plaza just about all the things you could ever need. The offerings ranging from banking and insurance to fitness and a sports bar. From fast food to the grill, supermarket to wholesale, you name it its there satisfying your every need.

Great facilities, pretty good cross section of varying retail and service delivery outlets in addition to restaurants. All stores are not yet occupied yet though and the minor/sub roads leading directly unto the property are in need of rehabilitation. That being said, still a great place to grab a bite or to hang with friends and or family.

The signal from the radio station keeps interrupting the signal to my and my other persons' vehicles. I have to go there at intervals and it always cost me. They need to have the station jam their signal.

A wide range of stores but nothing upscale. Bars, beauty and barber salons etc. There is also a supermarket and IBEX GLOBAL call center along with island grill.

Lots of places to have lunch such as Island Grill, Little Tokyo, Taste just to name a few. Payless shoes store us right there great customer service.

Lots of place's to eat, hair dressing salons, Western Union and cambios. The property owners need to invest in cameras, security guards and better lighting for the plaza. My car got hit and the driver left the scene, also I heard that robbery takes place there.
