This location has one of the widest selection of any payless store on the island. The customer service is almost always good; the staff is extremely friendly and rather helpful. The deals are really good and with the vast selection that this location boast, it is really hard to head home empty handed.

Store does not have enough variety of male shoe. The quality for BOGO needs to be expanded for all stock. The store appears to be clean, but not always organized. Staff helpful and seems cooperative.

Payless Shoes are sometimes so hard they hurt the feet. The Stores lack customer service and the prices are not typical for other stores worldwide.

Has a wide range of shoes whether for male or female, some prices are quite moderate but others are extravagant, I would recommend this as the best shoe store.

The store that I shop at for all my daughter's shoes which are very lasting ...she out grows them. I buy my shoes there as well good store for wide width and comfortable shoes that's why I love shopping there ... broad foot ppl like myself

Love the shoes collection - 3/4 of my shoes in the closet are from Payless. I just wish that they would have a wider variety at the Sovereign Centre Mall location.
