The go to place for ice cream in Negril West end. If you buy the special ice cream be careful as it is potent. Just a spoonful of two is plenty

We had an icecream social there as apart of a wedding. The place is nice. The icecream was so soft and foamy I didn't enjoy it. The bride's uncle had a ganja milkshake and was knocked out so beware!! Cakes were good and I had a great time enjoying their view and back porch looking at the art and books there

Patsy's Coffeeshop. Located just across the west end road from Chicken Lavish. Main item is desserts including ice cream cakes waffles shakes cappuccino and coffee. Patsy's offers a cool local vibe with a great scenic patio that has once of the best view of the 7 mile beach on the west end. The staff is friendly. The place is tidy and clean. The prices are very reasonable. Oh and they have a breakfast and lunch menu. If u come for ice cream order the home made waffle cone.

If you want a place to escape and unwind while reading a book or having a beer this is the place to go. Located on west end road towards Rick's cafe it is a little hard to get to for tourists if staying in Negril or on 7 mile beach. But it is well worth it for the scenery and the vibe. Overlooking the sea on the Iron shore cliffs they have a wonderful selection of food and beverage. Staff are lovely. I recommend the waffles and wash it down with a dirty banana!!

What can I say about Patsy's that hasn't already been said? While my grandchildren were visiting, Patsy's was expected at the end of every meal! The kids loved the assorted flavors of ice cream and an occasional piece of cake thrown in but they especially love sitting out on the back patio looking for tiny eels in the sea. Patsy's has great vibes and definitely a family-friendly establishment. I always feel welcome from the moment I hit the door... Keep It Up Patsy's!

We started off with a mocha and a cappuccino, both of which were amazing. Perfect temp and the foam was on point. We then proceeded with a couple of cocktails. We got the Sex on a Cliff and their Rum Punch. Drinks were crafted with love and were a steal at $4 each. Highly recommended stop in Negril.

Very nice to sit out the back by the sea and watch the birds diving into the water to catch fish. Chairs outside are not very comfortable though. Prices are on the high side with a simple breakfast more expensive than UK but the location is great and so is the food. Been a few time and probably go again
