Awful customer service. I tried to purchase 10 helium balloons and was told I could only have gas for 2, with no explanation. It appeared they were reserving gas for two items per customer, which is ridiculous but expected me to still buy 10. The staff are so rude, it’s a wonder how they still have customers. I found an alternative balloon shop with a wider variety and excellent customer services off Constant Spring Rd and so will not ever return to this store. The staff need training.

I had a poor customer service experience here on March 10,2021 . On presenting a $5000.00 bill to pay for my purchase, I was told they could not accept it because they had no change in the cashier draw. U have a store fully stocked store and you cannot put a proper float in your cash draw. Come on do better than that.

Though they didn't have the theme in a couple of things I wanted, the 2 staff members were very helpful in sorting my unorganized mind about my very scaled-down event. Patience was their greatest plus and I was truly grateful for this as I needed this attention to put it all together. Kudos guysyou helped keep my sanity today!!

I just called Party Experience on the phone for helium - of which they are currently out, however, the young lady on the phone actually suggested somewhere else I could try to help me out. She will not make a sale from that recommendation, nor does she know me, but her humanity allowed her to help me in my time of need. That is the type of customer service we need to celebrate in Jamaica and I hope her Manager rewards her. Thank you Party Experience! I will stop by for all my party supplies soon.

Went to the party experience shop to buy helium balloons. I had my own helium balloon when I got there they told me that the helium balloon that I have might not work, which is understandable but I offered knowing that it might not work I offered that to buy new balloons from them if I would be able to get the helium at no cost since the helium in fact didn't work in the balloon that I have instead they say no and they would not negotiate. I feel more less that they weren't compliant enough with us so I gave them a one-star for the service. I was willing to buy more balloons from them. Next time don't let your customer leave if they are not happy with your products!!!
