Was a good experience, in that, the needed used parts were carefully searched for and then brought to me. Parts are well arranged and stacked high enough to be able to be seen from the road - smart advertising! I'll also say that I was impressed with the fact that there was car sales and tyre services.

I went to view all the cars that would be in the upcoming auction. The employees were warm and inviting, they were on the ball with information and gave me details on each vehicle we were interested in. The prices of their vehicles are very competitive.

Purchased a car from them and it's been 3 weeks going to 4 and I have not received the vehicle.They say the computer is not working and they have given me all excuses but no solution. I wonder how they got fitness paper for the car ? These people are some unscrupulous LIARS and THEIVES!!!getting the run around and I've already licensed and insured the vehicle.

Poor customer service and more times than not, they have the most expensive car parts. Only shop there as a last resort after you have exhausted your search for parts. I'm surprised they are still in business.

Slow moving customer service personnel, does not make much sense going here if you don't know exactly what you want, example if you want gas pump for a 2005 Toyota Avalon, they might say no, or do you have a sample or do you know what it looks like Bottom line send your mechanic.

Poor service, bought a car there and all now I can't get my vehicle, computer giving problem and the owner up to now can't fix the issue and don't even offer to get me a vehicle until he fixes the problem.
