Very professional and client centered. Having an hairstylist that really cares about your hair and not just in it for the cash alone is heartwarming. At Otancia you get regular feedback about your hair's progress and she makes great recommendations to keep your hair in shape. Keep up the great work!!

She's not just a hairstylist, she's a mother, a friend a sister. She is overall, a beautiful soul. She takes care of your hair with pride and joy. As she always say, "trust the process". There will be no regrets.
