The ambiance is amazing, the view breathtaking and the staff- wonderful. You can do whatever you want whether it be dancing or eating. Great music and an overall lovely experience whenever I visit.

Went for the fish, but they ran out. Chose chicken but the flavours needed tweaking. The oxtail was good.

Food was prompt and hot. Drinks are strong. View is beautiful. Host are friendly, the names of the drinks are hillarious. Great music and chill spot. I went in March on a non cruiseship day. It was a very slow traffic day, it was maybe 6 customers. I'm sure it's crowded on ship days.

Had a fab afternoon with friends at Oceans 11 this afternoon. It's in a great setting on the ocean front. The food was delicious and we went back for more. We found it great value for the money at J $2500 per head served buffet style . The DJ was sòoo good I think we danced off a lot of the calories we consumed. This is our place of choice whenever we're in Ocho Rios Jamaica.

Great sceneryhad curry fish and bammytasted devine. The sweet potatoes fries are great too.

The seafront view from upstairs is to die for.

The ambiance is breathtakingvery colourful. The environs - clean and well kept.

Personality of greeters and waitress is commendable.

Great spot to trytwo different levels for dining available.

Oceans 11 sits right on the outskirts of the Ocho Rios Pier and is a great spot for both locals and tourists. The view of the sea along with the friendly staff makes it a great place to have a drink or lunch/dinner with friends

Ok so first of all when we walked in, there was nobody to seat us, we had to walk around and ask questions, and the waiters werent very polite, after being seated, we waited 45 minutes or more for a menu, and one was received after my companion decided to ask for one, people who came in after us got menus, a couple was beside us who had ordered drinks, got impatient and frustrated as they werent being attended to, oh did i also add that you could hardly find a place to sit, as dirty plates were left on the tables from other customers and my friend and i had to move them over to get a seat, after begging for a menu, we waited a long long while before the frustration was sensed on our faces, the couple beside us left in anger, complaining about their poor service. A lady took out order in a rushing manner amd when our food did come, something was left off the menu that we had requested, when we queried about it, her response was because the kitchen a close never want u no get nothing, now it wasnt closing time and if you decided to piece our order, we should've been notified, i found that rude, the food was average, but the customer service and respect is very poor and by the looks of it, they are ineed of workers, one waiter cannot do everything. We went there after 8, was attended to to 10 ,we left there after 11, im not pleased, and i would never go there again, big turn off! "

The food was poor and COLD by they time it was served. The service was the WORST. We ordered our food, while we waited for our order, several 'locals' came and placed orders, their orders were served up long before ours and we had to go ask after our order before it finally came out. When it did arrive, it was cold, greasy and lacking in the flavor Jamaican food is famous for having. I highly recommend AVOIDING this place at all costs.

Had a virgin pina colada, it was delicious! Great music, up to date and great classics. The place was clean, staff was lively, good views. It wasn't very crowded, but if loud music bothers you then beware.

I always recommend this place to my guests! Order the Coco Loco. Trust me. The food is great, they also have live music. The place is located right on the water, and has beautiful views. The staff is amazing!

Worst service ever. Waited over an hour for meal n when it finally arrived the food was extremely cold. They need more servers for Tuesday nights. The few servers there were flustered n were all over d place. I would never go back.

Came here by accident and enjoyed the vibe. We were seated on the patio overlooking the sea and it was lovely. The cooked Jamaican dishes were much better than the other items and we were disappointed that the bar wasn't open so we couldn't get any cocktails to go with our meals. Will definitely revisit another time when next in the area.

Tuesday nights karaoke! Not to be missed super experience with lots of local good voices to listen to. Call and reserve a table (and go early) in order to get a good spot and not pay entrance fee.

Soo my family came down to Jamaica on the 26th of December 2016. Stayed in new Kingston and on Saturday December 31 my family and I moved to another hotel/villa for the week. We then chose to eat at oceans 11 I thought place looks great, should have great service. I ordered a oxtail with extra gravy I got seated at 6:45pm and was waiting for my food until 8:45. This I was not expecting at all and to top it off rice was cold and stale the worst oxtail I have had. I have had bad service but this was by FAR the worst. I tried speaking to manager she showed no remorse or anything so I paid my bill and left. I will not recommend this place to anyone. As for oceans11 start caring about customer service.
