To inform the public and Realtors up-to-date information as it relates to Real Estate business in Jamaica in particular the western region of Jamaica.

The RAJ operates under a very rigid and strict Code of Ethics adopted from NAR. This Code establishes obligations on its members which maybe higher than those mandated by Law in some jurisdictions. However, in instances where the Code of Ethics and the Law conflicts, the obligation of the Law must take precedence.
