Lots of artifacts
Historical as well as medicinal benefits exhibitions were being showcased. Very informative and thought provoking pieces. I enjoyed my time.
Friendly workers, cool atmosphere.
Perfect exhibitions for Jamaican culture
Also called the Institute of Jamaica This is a treasure trove of Jamaican History.
Information was available however the country needs to invest more in the national museum, although not many Jamaicans are that interested in their history
This was the Maroon and Morant Bay Rebellion museum. Visiting here gives the impression that a country with such a rich and diverse culture and history was actually small, uninteresting and depressing. Add to that the fact that the space was too small and unorganised, means they have a far way to go to make it a viable resource.
