Very poor customer service. Too long to get one thing accomplished. Bank Teller waiste too much time and idle.

NCB has been growing and the customers are seeking the improvement in the services on offer. The on the go banking area is a welcome change. In house banking unfortunately is still very time consuming. The only option for that is to get there early. The customer service is also on the improvement. Parking at this location should not be a problem as there is additional parking available for NCB customers.
