For the past couple of months, NCB has honestly disappointed me. A lot of the services are not available or they aren’t working properly. I’ve been trying to use the ABM to deposit some money into another account for weeks and every time it says error. I have no time to stand in the long line and wait to do a deposit. If they are fixing their system they need to hurry because it cannot continue this way.
Waiting for 2hours and maybe longer hardly any custumer service reps working only one person for a long line of people ugh
Decent but the service could be better.
