Have been a regular to this spot since it has open and I have had many different experiences with them. Most of the staff are very pleasant however you do have one or 2 that may be unaware of proper customer service. Love the food and the drinks are wonderfully made.

We went for dinner on my birthday. We had to beg for someone to notice that we existed and was sitting at the table with no menu. Girls at the bar stood around talking with each other while customers just sat and watched. Also on top of that they were all vlueless. Couldn't even operate the bloody card machine when I wanted to pay. Even getting a box for left overs was a challenge. Oh and did I mention the eternity it took to get our food. The only reason I didn't give 1 star is because they open later than anywhere else. Staff just suck and it's sad because the place has true potential.

Not impressed with the service for large parties and supervisors are apologetic but do nothing to retain you as a customer. Prices are comparable to other restaurants. Ambiance is great but music is often too loud even in the outdoor dining area. Not much variety on the menu but some thing for everyone.

A casino that is tailor-made to satisfy your gaming needs. After only one visit, I must say that I am impressed. Security is "TIGHT" at this facility. A police officer was even seen on location. Armed and unarmed guards can be seen everywhere. Once an individual is using a gaming machine, he or she is entitled to drink from the variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages available to his or her disposal. The waiters could be seen constantly patrolling the floor asking patrons if they'd like something to drink. There is also an add-on feature where after two top-ups (game tokens), you are entitled to eat free of cost from a restaurant that is on location ( I didn't go in to see what the menu was like). The staffs were customer friendly and happy to assist in whatever way possible.
There is ample parking and lightning that allows a clear view of the parking lot.
The casino is at an ideal location that allows easy access to basic amenities and is only a few minutes drive away from the town of Montego Bay.
Overall, it was a great experience.

G's Sports Bar and grill is always a great place .. always a great vibe and an awesome ambiance. Wait time is ok and service even on a busy day is good.

The ambiance was cool. The pork chops could have been a bit better. It was cooked for tourists but otherwise all else was good. Our server Sebrena checked in on us regularly.
