Waited for 4 hours before we were seen. The order in which the see patients seems to be arbitrary. Slow and uninformative staff resulted in poor service experience.

Glad that it was open very late. Had an issue but my regular doctor was unavailable around 6pm. Service was a little slow at this time and it seems nurses were changing shift so there were some delays getting service. Also had to do an ultrasound - there's a department that does it but they charge extra after 5pm and for same day service.
