I had a blast. There was ample seating while we waited for a table. The music was not too loud, which made it conducive to conversation. We were seated in Jackie's section, if you're going to Macau ask for Jackie to seat you in her Section. Jackie provided phenomenal customer service. The drinks were well-made. The fries were served a bit lukewarm but the pasta was hot! Fresh Off The Grill. I had a great time. I look forward to returning there.

The positives: service was excellent. We were checked on sufficiently and the waiter was quite pleasant and patient. Ambiance is quite nice and the open air roof top enhances the casual setting. Opportunities: I think the menu could have more options. And could use some refreshing as it hasn't changed much. The soup was ok and the drinks were well balanced.

It was great. I didn't have to wait long for my meal and our waitress was very nice. The quality and quantity of food was great too. I think they need to change the chairs! It not very comfy for a short person.

I always go after a movie or just to hang out. This has a nice roof top setting however if your are disabled physically it will be difficult to navigate the stairs.
The food is good but the drinks are the always good. I recommend

The place was a bit crowded but we got seated in less than 5 minutes. I had an awesome experience. The whole ambience of the place was great and the shrimp pasta that I ordered was heavenly. The server was also very professional and courteous. Thumbs up

Okay. The environment was good, if you prefer a lively atmosphere. The waiting time to be seated was under 10 seconds despite the heavy traffic. The food menu doesn't carry many variations; it's rather small compared to the drink menu. The actual plating of the dish was amazingand it tasted as good as it looked; the Parmesan chicken was sweet when I expected it to be cheesy . The drinks weren't as fulfillingall in all a good experience. I'll be going back soon :)

Awesome night out for us. Had the steamed fish and it didn’t disappoint. Loved the ambiance of the whole place. Prices were okay. The waitress would tend to forget about our table and we had to waive down any waitress that passed through to find, quite annoying really. Overall it was really a nice place to have dinner.

My Friday night chill spot. It doesn't get any better than that. Outside setting is perfect (when it doesn't rain, of course) to gaze under the stars, eat, laugh and drink with your lover or a group of friends. Their gazebo louges are perfect for birthday, anniversary or any other kind of celebration for a large group. The food is amazing and the drinks are incredible. High recommendation from me.

Meal was great, spicy chicken and shrimp pasta mixed. Customer service was good.. very clean environment including restroom facilities.. reasonable prices.. will definitely be going back to try out other dishes.. I would encourage anyone to go even by themselves or as a group, they will seat you accordingly.

I went here for my birthday and i have regreted it. It was a party of four and we sat for half and hour before we were seated. I saw persons came after us and were seated before us and it was at that point i ask the attendant at the front at what point we will be seated. She apologize and direct us to our seats. We place our orders and sat for almost two hours to be serve especially to receive a dragon. The food was even cold when it came and she apologize. All i receive for the night was apologies. She didnt even has time to attend to us and not even a thank you did we receive upon leaving. What should have been my best night turns out to be my worst. But i must add the food was great.

The waitress was not professional. She did not introduce herself to the table and did not check back to see if everything was ok. I did not like the ribs as it had no taste and the barbecue sauce was horrible. The fries was the best thing. The drink was not smooth. The flavor was unbalanced. The lighting was too dark could not read the menu properly had to use the flashlight on my phone .

We went there pretty late when the place was not full.

First bad thing was that we had to seat ourselves. At least the manager took some time to come to us and apologise for that.

Second the waitress took too long to come to our table. As usual Macau waitresses never offer you a glad of water.

Third we wanted alcohol and the waitress told us to wait. By the time she came back for the drinks list, the bar was closed. Like who closes the bar with customers inside?

The redeeming factor was that the food was good.

For one it's open on almost every holiday, went out boxing night to cuddys and triple century and they were closed. This place saved the date, they have a nice upstairs outdoor restaurant with a bar, when that's closed you can order the same menu downstairs in the gaming lounge at the bar. Nice place lovely menu.

Food is awesome, like it's always good. I love the pork chops! And their loaded fries are indeed loaded. It's usually packed but they've stepped up their customer service game. It used to take a while to be attended to but they've improved on that system and it's much appreciated.
It's a roof top, open air vibe, covered bar, flat screen Tv's and 2 cabana areas.

Good place to chill, customer service is OK, food is delivered in a timely manner and the beverages are great. Unfortunately; the venue was not built with wheelchair accessibility nor parking. It's generally moderate in terms of the noise level.

I called more than a week in advance to book reservations for a small birthday get together here. When we got there, we were seated and no wait staff came for quite some time. When the waitress (Kadria) came to the table, she did not introduce herself. She was very very frank about them not differing from the menu, and she also wasn't familiar with the menu enough to know what she was serving. They didn't have what we did want as an appetizer. She kept on asking if we were finished. They decided on closing at 11pm instead of the 2pm that was promised over the phone when booking the table. The waitress complained to other staff members about our displeasure of being rushed to leave and they had a very rude sidebar conversation about us while we were still there. She served another group who had just arrived and asked us to close our bill. Then there is the supposed supervisor/manager on shift who just walked around staring at people. She was in the VIP area on her phone instead of greeting guests and assisting with table satisfaction. The only good things about this place is possibly the gaming lounge downstairs (if the staff isn't as rude), the food (if they are always consistent) and one very nice cashier (Renique). Other than those three things, it was a horrible experience! I urge the owner to make necessary changes to stop this from happening again.

Good place for an after-work drink. I recommend getting there early tho bcuz seats fill up rather quickly. A bit noisy tho. Service is ok but your wait period can be long if the place is jam packed. Food definitely worth the prices.

Great environment to relax and play in the lounge downstairs, or just chill by the bar. Very private. Upstairs is great for link ups or a get together with friends or coworkers. The food is great! Large to Medium serving size with reasonable prices.

Invited to a birthday party here. Really nice food (beef soup tun UP!) And the ambiance is airy and nice. The main roads are close so the traffic can be loud.

Place looked amazing. Very cozy and well decorated. Was in the VIP section. Food was awful, however. It was cold, very salty (which was really the only flavour) and the wait took forever. The service was wonderful tho. Thanks Chantal.

Service was lack lustre. Our waitress disappeared for VERY long periods of time but she was courteous. Food was ok with good serving sizes. My appetizer was like a full meal, had to take home my main course lol Its mostly outdoor and it started to rain that night. Had to run to a table to a table with shelter.

Good chill spot. Prices Reasonable.
