  The place is very clean and comfortable.the swings in the backyard are very romantic. Well worth the money with the exception of the window unit AC

  Room does have A/C, but is unbearably hot until the A/C has been on for atleast an hour or two during the day, after that it gets to a point where it's just uncomfortable. The floor was dirty and we had quite a large cockroach share our space with us. Bathroom is good, hot water is always there and Trevor seems like a good enough character. Wifi is also available. Outside has a TERRIBLE smell thanks to copious amounts of fertilizer/manure they use in the plants, but it does look decent and has an above ground swimming pool that was clean when I was staying there. Cars are not guarded but the rooms seem secure.
