Great atmosphere with relaxing music. My family and I were in Jamaica for a small reunion and they were able to accommodate over 20 of us on short notice on a Sunday night. The servers were excellent and catered to our needs. I loved the saltfish fritters! It's a nice place to visit in Kingston.

My experience with M10 was bitter sweet. Firstly myself and group of friends visiting from abroad decided on their Tuesday night, all you can eat crab. Now after calling ahead earlier that afternoon to confirm, upon arrival we were informed crab night was off and the young lady wasn't even apologetic about it. Anyways we decided on staying because plan B had issues with their crab supplier, but for the rest of the night we had to put up with nasty attitude from the hostess. Our waitress while pleasesant was not very attentive. The only plus was that the food was good. I personally had their renound curried goat and was pleased, the others had lobster and oxtail and didn't have anything bad to say. In essence the experience was more bitter than sweet.

M-10 has a nice yard setting, quite spacious, staff is “professionally” friendly, and has variety of food available. Never had to wait any long time to receive my order However I would have wanted my table to be monitored more in that as our water ran out there should have been someone to refill.Don't know if that is in place already or the time I attended was a off night I give them
    🌟🌟🌟

The staff is very pleasant, food is good and the ambience is good Makes you forget that you're in Kingston. The food is a bit on the pricey side but if you can buy lunch at Wendy's or Burger King, you can eat here.

The food takes time, to me its worth the wait to get a "home" cooked meal at an establishment. The food is good and I will definitely continue going here.

Gourmet night was awesome! The Tropical Mango salad lightly dusted with Feta cheese was just right. The Seafood Lasagne was spicy but combined with the Saffron Rice was a great compliment to each other. Dessert was decadentthe Bailey's cheesecake, the Lacey cake and the Sweet Potato pudding were all slices of Dessert Heaven.

Food is good, staff are friendly and professional. The venue itself isn't typical of a food establishment .theres a truck yard on the other side of the car park which oddly enough creates a more homely feel.
I would suggest dining in the evening though when it's cooler. While there are covered areas it is essentially an outdoor setup so it may be a bit warm for those not used to warmer temperatures during the day.
With respect to group dining scenarios in my experience they can comfortably handle a surprise attack of around 25-30. (For clarity this issue only relates to the group not other prople who may be there already) Any group size larger than that may be a bit iffy. They will get the job done though.. .It just won't be as smooth as a regular would be used to.

My advice, if you have a large group dropping in, let them knowand then remind them.

Wonderful place though.I suggest you check em out

This was a most disappointing experience!
Menu: The booklets we received were both very oily and dirty. Said menu was quite limited nothing but carrot cake and no ice cream. Meal options were also extremely limited.
Wait time: although I have heard of a customer who left because of waiting 2 hours for a meal, I said I better have my own experience. Unfortunately I too found the wait time to be exorbitant added to the fact that there was no music to make it more tolerable.
Taste of meals: Again a gross disappointment. My mother received a fish that was severely under seasoned and we had to pay extra because the waitress did not tell us she would receive 1.5 lbs of fish when she clearly ordered 1 lb. Now imagine having to pay extra for something that was terrible in the first place! My husband did not enjoy his fried chicken as it was also not well seasoned and very dry. He however said he could definitely taste the salt! If there was one dish that was well done then I'd say this is an oxtail restaurant because wow it was great! I'd return for that.
Decor: I was distracted by our shaky table. Sorry that's a thumbs down for me for sure!
Would I return? Possibly for oxtail in a lunch box!

Service can be a bit slow especially on a busy night, so don't go if you are in a rush. Great place to chill with friends , have a few drinks. Prices are decent. Check online or on their facebook page to see the menu. They have theme nights like Seafood, Grill night etc. Menu limited but food is great.Try the saltfish fritters.

The food is ok. Nothing mind blowing, but still enjoyable. It's a good place for a group of friends to meet up or even have a date. There are some things that could be improved, but overall not a bad experience. The staff is pleasant as well!

Brought my family here for my grandma's birthday. The vibes was cool, considering that it was Jazz night. Food was good No one complained about that part (Thank God!)the cocktails were impressive (Try Between the Sheets) and of course they had cocktails for grandmas too lol (She had a mango daiquiri - pictures). Service could've been better though (This I got a lot of complaints for).
The service dampened a lot on the experience of this place. I called and made reservations that was not even recorded so we had to wait to get a table. After which our food took what seemed like forever. It was just too much waiting.

The atmosphere was very relaxed, no crowds whatsoever (visited at about 4PM)The location was also secure. The food was authentically Jamaican. However, it was somewhat cold. The Ham choy pork was more like stew pork-contained no vegetables whatsoever
