Thanks to Bahia Principe I had the best time with my family during our family reunion. The environment, food, staff and everything was great. I would definitely recommend this place to stay for anyone who is looking to enjoy a good time with their friends or family. For the price, it's definitely very worth it!! Thank you so much! We will definitely be back.

We just returned from a far too short 4 night stay. Our entire experience was amazing. The staff was super friendly and FUN to be around. We loved our room, the grounds were beautiful and well maintained, and the pool large (with more than enough bar access). And the beach!! The bay is beautiful and large, the water gorgeous. Plenty of shade if you need it, sun if you want it (and easy beach bar access). Plenty of food options, great variety in the buffet.

Again, too short, but we have marked Bahia Principe Jamaica for return!

Great place to vacation. Very clean, great service staff and good food. I would definitely go back. My only complaint would be the music choices, it seemed to be the same music and same bands night after night. Overall a wonderful experience.

This is my second stay at the Grand Bahia. I must say the grounds are absolutely beautiful and well maintained. It rained daily while we were there but we still had a great trip. Our first time we stayed on the family side. This trip we stayed on the luxury adult side. Well, it was worth the extra dollars to get the elite service. A private car picked us up at the airport and we were welcomed with chilled refreshing washcloths and champagne. Elite members go to a private room and are welcomed and handled by staff. You facilitated our stay and we had a great time. If you have a Birthday, Anniversary or special occasion, you can have the room door and room decorated, just request when on the premises. We also had butler service. Be aware that the room service menu is limited and they do encourage you to dine in their restaurants but when you don’t feel like dining out a salad or coffee and muffins will do. You can always go to the buffet I like the Jamaican experience which is available for breakfast, lunch and dinner. By the way, you must make reservations for their restaurants. You can always go to the buffet, but my favorite was the Spanish food - Picadillo - excellent. When it rains no worries entertainment moves indoors. Staff is very friendly.

This is the best holiday resort. We booked an all inclusive holidays and everything is included. Our flights transfers all food and drinks and alcohol. You will never go hungry. The staff service and accommodation is excellent so are the grounds all well maintained. Again the staff are so friendly can't praise this place enough

I was sold a 30 week all inclusive vacation package club deal that I was told I could use every year. Then when I tried to book they told me I have to pay for food and drink. What kind of all inclusive is that?

Everything was amazing. Service, food, atmosphere. We stayed on the luxury side of the resort for our honeymoon and enjoyed it tremendously. That being said, the entire resort was fantastic!

this resort had great night life, but on the other hand the service does need improvement. the check in process did take a long time. it took several hours for our room to become available. love their swim up bar and pool area. Perfect beack location. nice size rooms and Balconies.

First off, this place is incredibly beautiful! Beyond beautiful. Everywhere you go you are treated like royalty. The staff is very friendly and very attentive. When we first arrived we had some minor hiccups. We were told our room was not quite ready and would need to wait. We arrived at noon and were told itd be ready by 4pm. It wasn't ideal but we could wait. We waited in the lobby not knowing what else to do. At this point we noticed other couples behind us being given room keys and escorted to their rooms so around 4:30pm we went up again, we were met with a brief "not yet" and some rude glances from other front desk personnel. As we walked away they began pointing and laughing at us. We didn't get into our room until 6:40pm. Aside from that the stay was amazing!!! View was spectacular and atmosphere relaxing! Make sure to rsvp to the restaurants ASAP!! Most nights we ended up having room service because slots were filled within hours of arrival. Trust me.. We were definitely sick of room service. They have about 5 options to choose from!
