Life’s Simple Solution was born on the 1st April 2014 , located at 51 East Street , Old Harbour ,St Catherine. It was realized that the people of Old Harbour need real services. The region was quickly expanding and a lot more persons only had late evenings or early mornings to transact essential business.

The business in and around the area either closes too early or open too late in the mornings and to compile this problem, no customer service. On a Saturday practically most are close or , if even open ,closed too early . Clients will even require to travel outside of the town to other towns and parishes to conduct business.

Here at Life’s Simple Solution we make the client life’s easier , we are open from Mondays – Fridays from 9:00a.m-5:00p.m and Saturdays 10a.m.- 6: 00p.m Its basically a one stop location , if the client wishes to pay bills such as : utility bills ,advertising ,cable bills ,charity ,cheque cashing ,education ,financial service companies ,Insurance ,Internet Service providers, entertainment, security ,strata payment ,technology, Top up ,Mortgage Payment all of this can be handled at our cashier’s window.

There is also an Insurance Advisor in house to deal with insurance products and services such as Life Insurance policies, Pension Funds Plans , Health Insurance and Investments .

Other services which can be handled in house are Visa Application and US appointment scheduling ,the renewal and replacement of passports, the application of birth certificates and ticket bookings .

The Management and Staff at Life’s Simple Solution are highly polished professionals and poised with a penchant for accuracy . There are willing to go the extra mile to have all our clients customer service exceeds their expectation .
