    . Steinborn Squats and Front Levers . ⏺️ Steinborn Squats are the "no rack no problem" kinda squat😎. Takes a significant amount of core strength and stability to perform and strength in the bottom of a squat. I only ever do these when I'm bored so I haven't found a place for these in the program yet, but I might... someday πŸ€” .... ⏺️ Front Levers done in the straddle position (legs apart) is an intermediate move to help develop a full front lever.     The interesting thing about the tyre pulls are that they look suspiciously like a row πŸ€”... Just like... alternating rows πŸ€”πŸ€”πŸ€” . They are πŸ’ͺ🏾 . Rows of all kinds are geared towards building the upper back, primarily the lats (the traps and rhomboids work as well)... .
