  We stay across the road at T-Bird on the Cliffs and when we want a change from Jamaican cuisine served there, we eat at LTU and also bring groups of friends and family for dinners. The atmosphere is comfortable and laid back. Some reviewers mentions slow service...may not be best for those in a hurry...but why would you be in a hurry when you have a spectacular view and a good drink in front of you? Staff is friendly, food is great and prices are reasonable.

  If you are looking for REAL FOOD and REAL PEOPLE ....the calm and layback style of the LTU will suit your Original Jah. Some of the Best Bartenders in the West End, Jeramie and Sasha will earn all Praise and Fix all problems. I first ate the Best Sliced Potato French Fries that were made one order at a time in a pan with fresh oil just like the way my GrandMa do it, WATCH OUT, YOU WILL BE HOOKED ON THE FOOD MADE BY A LIFETIME MASTER CHEF. Then just Ten Dinners later and five of the Best Red Snapper Meals I have ever ate, I can completely endorse the LTU as the place you want to go if you are free of conflict, if you are ready for fun and have time to spend with your greatest ever......... New Friends.

  Great breakfast spot that is open early! Delicious coffee, and the ackee and saltfish is amazing. The food takes a while to come, but the view and the price more than make up for it.

  An excellent meal and SOOO much more peaceful than Rock's Cafe. We have 3 young kids so the atmosphere was chill and the view was spectular. Definitely a must!

  We have just got back to our hotel from what can only be described as the worst dining our experience of my life. We actually left the restaurant to go eat elsewhere as the service was horrible.
  
  It took 40 minutes to someone to take our order of which she did not write it down however she did acknowledge hat we had been waiting a while. Whilst waiting for what we thought was our food being prepared we witnessed two separate tables get frustrated with the time it took and the fact that some orders were wrong. One table had been waiting well over 2 hours for food.
  
  We had been waiting gor an hour and a half when the guy behind the bar asked us what we had ordered, then going back into the kitchen as we had assumed the lady who took our order hadn't took it to the kitchen. We waited a further 30-40 minutes before asking the waitress who ignored us so we went to the bar to ask if we could pay for drinks and leave. He was very apologetic but by this time we had had enough and wanted to leave.
  
  The manager throughout this time was sat at the bar drinking with other guests and seemed to not care about the awful service.
  
  This was our second occasion coming here in which the first time we had to wait and my meal (Lola chicken) came out raw! Literally not cooked. The waitress at the time was again apologetic and it was recooked but nothing complimentary offered on either occasion.
  
  We understand as we both work in the hospitality business back home that things can go wrong at times thus why we went back to try it again but I can safely say I will not be going back as it is not worth the time or money and would definitely not recommend!
