This place has grown by leaps . It has 4 department from what I see. Furniture , paint ,logo stitching and the regular fabric along with men's clothing , female's clothing ,sheet set ,curtains ,spray pan and so much more. I got all that I went for and much more. Will most certainly be going back as I have seen things that I need so I'll be going back.

L P Azar has the widest variety of fabric in Jamaica. I've only been there as a regular customer to get fabric for various upholstery projects.

Their sales staff has usually been quite helpful and knowledgeable.
Prices are very competitive.
It's usually quite busy and you probably shouldn't visit this or any other fabric outlet if you have a respiratory ailment.

So downstairs is quite crowded with merchandise but it's still a nice place to shop. Downstairs has lots of curtains, dress fabrics, threads, sheeting, sheets, tees and oxford shirts. You can buy retail for some items but you can also get items at wholesale price. I believe you have to buy 10 yards or more of the fabric sold downstairs and at least 6 tees/shirts.
Upstairs is my favourite place. There's a home centre, tastefully decorated to show an array of home products like rugs, vases and cushions. There's a section for upholstery fabric and trimmings. You may also get wonderfully patterned and plain shower curtain fabric. Best of all are the drapery fabrics including sheers. You can get fabric for indoors and outdoors, at mid-range and high-range prices.
For me, I could spend hours just walking between the rows of eye-catching fabrics. Here you get quality fabrics of differing textures and tones for just about any fabric project. I would say you're most likely to find something to suit your taste, whether you're bold or conservative or somewhere between. Check them out, but be warned, it's not a cheap place, but they are in line with fabric prices in foreign countries like America.

the home of wholesale fabric and much, much more I found the staff efficient and courteous. Besides the variety of textures, types and colours of cloth, I noted that this place also sells t-shirts, caps, and other goods whole sale. This is a great place for schools or other institutions that need to buy bulk items, for example costumes for a group. Prices are great. The only drawback I found is that this place is very popular, so parking can be a challenge. Because of the industrial type activities, I had to navigate my way around a huge truck loading deliveries, I guess. There was a parking attendant who helped.
On the whole this was a positive experience. If I need bulk goods or a lot of fabric for a project, e.g., making drapes, this would be my first stop.

My very first and last experience at this store was the parking area. I must say, I was beyond disgusted at the so-called parking lot, where customers are forced to park their cars to walk into the store. Not only has it NEVER been paved, but the amount of garbage, empty bottles, plastic bags that are dumped in the area that the customers are forced to endure, tells me that the management is not in the least bit concerned about the customer. However nice some of the items may be inside the store itself, (although the lack or organization was rampant), the fact remains that first and last impressions are important and LP Azar failed miserably on both counts. Clean up your act peopleLITERALLY!

LP Azar does not value its customers - parking facilities inadequate and customers have to be navigating stones in parking lot. A visit to upstairs fabric area is terribly frustrating! Not able to get assistance - you have to be begging to get someone to attend to you! Shame on you LPAzar! Need to invest back into customers who come in by the droves by providing adequate paved parking and sufficient staff!

Home and decor section have very nice things. It was my favorite part of the store. Drapery section have a wide selection to choose from and the prices are affordable. Some of the staff could be a bit more polite and friendly.

Worth the effort if you're looking to buy some bulk clothes/ fabric! Good quality fabrics & shirts, massive show room area. Parking could be improved, and I think they close for lunch each day 🤷‍♂️

Omg I walk in and it is nothing like a warehouse that one would expect. The walls are lined with beautifully arranged fabric in an array of lustrous colours, shades, pastels and print. Minimum order is 10yards, however, they are the supplier for Pablo's, so if you want less, just make the trip there instead.
The service is friendly, and the prices are what you would expect from bulk shopping.
They also offer ready made shirts which companies may purchase and then brand, with minimum order being 6 pieces.

The variety is unbelievable. It is almost as if you walked into a well designed factory. Large expanse of beautiful colours neatly stacked and arranged. Bulk shopping only: 10 yards minimum purchase but wholesale prices. Good for back to school uniform fabric shopping or similar needs. If they don't carry it, then neither does Pablo's (hint hint). I would visit just to get lost in the colours and fantasize about fashion possibilities. The service is also pretty good.

This is the place to go for all types of fabric. The prices are not the lowest (as far as fabric prices in Jamaica go) but there is a wide variety and you'll probably get what you're looking for. Staff are not the friendliest but they can be helpful.

They are the wholesaler of fabric. Purchasing from them would require that you purchase a minimum of 10 yards of any material. Separate from the fabric they sell they also stock a huge range of shirts for staff uniforms - again there is a minimum purchase requirement. They also have a wide range of household products on the upstairs. Customer service here is very good. Parking space is a bit limited but this has never been a problem for me.

The staff here ROCKS! I had to buy company shirts and they were so helpful and polite and FUN! They helped me pick out the right colour for my company shirts and I just adore the way my logo looks on the navy blue oxford shirts.

I love this chaotic store. There is everything you could possibly need and helpful speedy staff. Best of all they've done away with black scandal bags and now give you a lovely reusable shopping bags to become more environmentally conscious.Big props for that alone.

Good place for fabric, carpets, ready made shirts (dress, casual, polo and t-shirts) sold at wholesale prices.

They offer the creation of uniform for businesses at reasonable prices.(Logo Shirts).

Customer service can be very slow at times.

Largest fabric selection in Jamaica. The prices are pretty good and so is the selection of fabrics. They are always bringing in new and quality stock. They also stock upholstery, paints, trimming, clothing, curtains and home decor. Good place to shop and check out is pretty quick.

It is a very good idea to a fabric superstore but I think is time for them to step up and improve on their services such as opening later an opening on Saturdays. They also have some of the fabrics there for too long and you sometimes become bored when you enter the store. They also need to change their displays more often. I think they should also colour co-ordinate the fabrics more and sell much more contemporary style fabrics as most of their fabrics are for traditional and transitional designs. Modern and traditional fabrics should also be seperated so as to easily find the style that you want. They als need to sell more trimmings, rods and accesories that is needed in dressmaking and drapery. Last but not least they need to start selling high quality sheeting fabric as NO ONE IN JAMAICA is doing that. Do not become complacient on being good enough.
