A convenient place to shop for school and office supplies.
The cashier scammed me by giving me a discount which she then used the discount to pay for a book for her child. So technically I didn't save!!!
Staff were simply wonderful

A wide range of stationery available from some of the best brands worldwide.
I have been shopping at KB Oasis since its inception and I made up my mind on Saturday, September 3, never to return.
I turned up during opening hours and found the door locked with the key. I beckoned to the security guard for attention. I thought he was coming to me but as he made his way to the door, he leaned on it and turned his back to me. I then knocked figuring I was not seen and he turned around. I asked why the door was locked and the 'opened sign' still up. The guard simply looked at me, then at the signed and turned it to the 'closed' position right in my face. He then turned around and continued his duties in door. With his back turned again, he said that they could not manage the crowd inside.
Three of the seven persons who were also waiting outside started plotting a public protest and I encouraged them to spend their hard earned money elsewhere instead. Yes. We went elsewhere and got far better service, no, superior service at Sangsters and Bryan's Book store.
It is clear that the staff could not have made this serious decision to lock the door without management's direction. If this is the way that management behaves towards VALUABLE clients, then the message being communicated is that we should take our business else where. I might be dumb, but if I had the responsibility to operate such a business, it would be clear to me that back to school season would require some sensible strategies for managing large number of clients at any given time. Good sense would indicate that decisions made should not offend customers. Good sense would dictate that a responsible staff member would periodically update the waiting client and let them know why the store could not be accessed at that time. Good sense would dictate that someone with responsibility could collect the book lists from the waiting clients and begin to search for their books. Good sense could mean that when 6-10 persons exit the store, a few more persons could be welcomed inside and an apology tendered for the wait time. Unfortunately, good sense seems to be most lacking when it is really needed.
I encourage all customers to be conscious of bad service meted out to them and to be vigilant in their defense to boycott such business places. We work too hard for our money to be begging for needed attention.
