Long wait. Staff rude and obnoxious. Order was delayed due to staff error.

Didn't appreciate being dictated to with regards the part of the chicken I would receive. Asked for leg and thigh and was told the leg comes with breast, the thigh with wing/breast. Although informed I only eat the leg and thigh and the advert for the meal ordered pictured a leg and thigh my request was adamantly refused. I requested a refund and ate somewhere else.

Very busy establishment the staffing level is very low due to the fact there is a constant large volume of of people through out the day, please ensure you check your order before you leave the premises , at times they give you something you didn’t order or two pieces of chicken instead of three.,

While I love KFC, I don't like the serving sizes I've been seeing lately. More and more I'm realising that, in Jamaica, the size of chicken is getting ridiculously smaller to the point where I've stated to question why I even buy the chicken meals anymore.
I really believe that the franchise owners in Jamaica should take a serious look at what goes into their restaurants because a piece of chicken that can be enclosed in the palm is just unacceptable. Don't want to rant but if you want to keep your customers coming, give them something that makes them want to come back.response / report this review -

Good place to grab a quick bite with chicken cooked with the taste to suit the Jamaican cuisine. Barbeque is my favorite though. Every store in the area would be in need of expansion because of the crowd rushing the store in search of KFC. It is really good to take the kids to get their chocolate chip cookies and pies. The beach is across from there, where we go to buy lunches and relax and eat to the voice of the waves.

The lines in this KFC are beyond insane. The quality of food was decent sometimes and poor at others. The drink machine wasn't' working properly and nobody seemed to notice or care.

Visited KFC Ocho Rios & of course the food was on point. Hot and tasty after a day at the beach, was just what my family wanted. Couldn't give it 5 stars because of the insanely long line!!! It took literally 40 min to move through the line and get our food. There were 2 cashiers and only 2 people working the kitchen. Totally unacceptable in a BUSY area of town right near the cruise ship docks and the beach. I've been here many x's and it's always SLOW. Get it together management!!

Two stars alone are for the biscuits.. Great location and a friendly team working here. The food is typical western KFC taste and flavourings. The biggest letdown is the speeds of service which is barely faster than the other locations on the island. I'd you're a visitor then the acceptance of foreign currency is a massive plus. If you're from Europe somewhere then visit here for a different taste to what you're used to.

One star is for the wings, the other is craving the nostalgia of kfc in America. Service is bad. The shop is always dirty. The regular chicken spice is nonexistent. The sides are boring and mostly go in the bin. Your on your own when the food get cold because you've lost your money. Speaking of money.. £1 for 2 bits of wings (not whole wings) is more than daylight robbery.

Nice just like any other KFC they do not do drive through tho so have to go in n order. Usually there. Is a line but with patience you can get your food

One of the slowest KFC on the island. Ideal location and generally friendly staff. Prices are comparable to KFC across the Western hemisphere. Not many seating area but most visitors are in and out in a short time.
