Can take up to an HR to thru on certain days. Needs a bigger location. Tables not cleaned in a timely manner. Have to be asking for it to be cleaned. There no sign to say y can't use a debit card at the drive thru until you are about to order, by then you just have to wait until you can leave the line to go inside. No roofing at drive thru, so if go on a rainy day and wind down your window to pickup your order, you'll get wet.

This is the only KFC in Westmoreland, they desperately need another. Very overcrowded, and the wait it way too long. Expect to spend up to an hour trying to get your food. The food quality is on par with other KFCs

Poor Customer service, restaurant frequently running out of items and the worse part is that the patrons are only informed when their numbers are called. Waiting time is long and it seem as if supervision is lacking. Strong smell of sewage at the drive through lane.

The food quality is consistent. Customer service is more or less average. Staff do there best however the location is nearly always crowded so maybe they need to look at redesigning for greater efficiency/speed.

Not from Jamaica but went her and loved it...drive thru was like 30 mins but I bought so cds from the locals and had amazing kind of sauce on my chicken that they don't have in American kfc as well as the fries....BTW Jamaica had the best French fries I've ever had !!!!
