Service sucks, you can't sit and eat (it's more of a grab n' go concept), it takes forever to be served even on the rare occasion that you cash quickly. The only thing it has going for it is that it's a KFC. Definitely not worth the hassle.

Parking is horrible and this KFC gets a lot of traffic location needs expansion as it is constantly packed. The service is good however not fast enough due to the volume of customers but they tend to be pleasant enough.

KFC Rockfort. Tired of asking for breast and rib and being told I can't get it. Lady serving keep shouting out to the other person to hand out orders being filled. Lay filling orders had a sour disposition, maybe today wasn't her day. It was raining, steps were slippery, slipped gong down.

It's a KFC franchise restaurant, so expect KFC level of food and service, that aside, it's not in the best part of town, its small, no seating arrangement for persons waiting on orders (stand and pick up only) and no drive through, also no disability access.

Every time I stop here, something goes wrong with my order. Staff and service is usually poor, almost always out of something on the menu and is just a last-minute, no-other-option stop. Food is always hot though

Convenient location but worst service ever I haven't been to this KFC & not wait 25 minutes - I'm being kind want I say that- for my meal totally not Fast food service. Workers always in some disagreement.
