This place has a fast moving traffic to lessen time but I think they could to better with the cashiers. I mean instead of just 2 cashiers they could have 3 not that I am saying, maybe it is because of the machines not working why that has not been there but otherwise I say they are doing a good job

This service is poor. The staff needs customer service training and o they have a policy that if u buying more than 2 meals and u specify that u want leg and rib in the case of multiple meal deals they will give u wing and something else in the othersworst kfc i have been to

For the most part food is always ready and taste pretty much the same, but why they need to dictate which part of the chicken you should eatwhilst some people like wing many people prefer a leg.

KFC, Port Antonio has a set of very friendly, helpful and precise staff. My order was a very long one and they were right on point with everything. They listened well and served each person with a smile. On a whole, KFC, Port Antonio provides world class customer service to all their customers. Thumps up KFC!!!

Good place to have a bite and to bring the family. The kids will thank you for the opportunity. There is wheelchair entrance and parking though a bit small. The public restrooms are kept in good condition. Cash and Carry are accepted. Security guard is both on the inside and outside to make it relatively difficult for the pick pockets who seem to love the crowded areas to do their work.

Always taste great and the customer care is lite, but the tax is ttttttoooooooo high Jesus it's killing us after buying ur meal the tax on your bill can buy another meal. Please do better with the Tax cause y'all not paying the government all that.

This is the place for you if you're a fast food person and you're in Port Antonio. The service is fast and efficient. The restaurant is usually clean and the staff is usually really nice and friendly.

Nice quick stop location for fast food. The franchise is small and can get packed, however they have a friendly set of staff that delivers meals on time. Rest rooms are also small but are kept clean.
