I like that it is opens 24 hours, however there always and I mean always a long wait at this location. The customer service is mostly average just right there in the midway. I think it would it greatly improve the location on a whole if management invest into hiring more staff. As KFC chains on a whole tend to be very crowded and this one is at a location where it will always be busy.

I don't know if its because its the 24 hour KFC but most time the food is not cooked properly or tastes overtime. When I go to the others total different serving size and the overall quality is better to me.

Always full. The place is clean though and the staff is courteous. In my experience, that is not the fake, company expected kind of courtesy but comes off as natural and unaffected. Or it could just have been my server at the time. Food was well done (which is good since I don't really like KFC).

I love KFC overall, but this is by far my fav. It's convenient. Don't go on a Friday or Saturday evening, because you will have to wait a long time, that's how good it is. (always packed) The service is great. Get a 2 piece, one piece spicy, one piece BBq for me please :)

Normally they have no BBQ, no zinger, no chicken But surprisingly today at lunch time went well. Got though fast. Had what I ordered. Based on today's rating 4/5. Any other day might have been a 2/5.

Looked cleanwhat i bought tasted fresh and was warm. Good experience. And i U-turned out of BK and their upscale prices to go there.very satisfied.

KFC is a brand name among us Jamaicans. This location definitely maintains that. With plenty persons opting to go here, the crowd can be intimidating at times. Nonetheless it's still a good place to pick up something to eat. Parking should not be a challenge. Customer service is not the best but the staff gives it there best given the circumstances that they are in.

Its a 24 hrs branch with limited option after 12pm. During the day it can get very crowded which doesn't cancelled due to the very slow service. Its OK for a quick bite if you are patient enough!

Poor customer service: someone in this franchise always has an attitude and when interacting with customers they don't look pleasant
Slow service: fast food should be quick not slower than a snail I went here on Oct. 28 and there was no chicken ready; that is outrageous for a fast food joint like kfc.. people kept on walking out because it was so chaotic in there

First and foremost the patty is superior to the competition, the meat loaf is wonderful except for the day I was served a cold one. It was sickening to my stomach. Service is good overall. One will complain about the length of time it takes to get served when there is a crowd, but there's nothing that can be done to improve that. After all Tastee is number one. Keep up the good work

The food is great,a little too oily to me. They are very clean apart from the lack cleaning tables quickly enough for people to be seated. Service is pretty quick no more than 5-10 min most of the time. Staff are respectful and solve problems quickly. At lunch hours they don't have enough seating.

The service is very poor, this is a 24 hour business place and when it comes on tonight you can hardly get the choices you want, the service is very slow and sometimes staff members are very disrespectful. The food is ok but needs better management. If they were to get another food outlet similar to its kind providing better service within the general area it will loose a lot of its profit. The best thing about it is that it is a 24 hour service. Whomever is responsible for this franchise in cross roads need to investigate what's going on.

Few staff was being nasty and disrespectful even the supervisor that claim she name Ms. Holiness. Cashier T. Walter was being rude. The worker on the inter com. My son say since they being nasty he dont want nothing from there cause you never know what they would put im the food. (11pm shift)
