  The most unprofessional institution!!! Your dishonest client caused an accident and you all behave as though this person is in the right!!!! You refused to settle the claim before you bar these dishonest people. Who gives expired documents and refuse to report the accident and then deny it???!!! Do your work and stop penalizing the victims JN insurance!!!!!

  Worst place ever. After getting all the extn. # to the person handling a claim on an accident for a comprehensive insurance there is no helpful response given. Either the claim handler is out of office, at lunch or gone home. I have been getting this treatment since 2020. Would never recommend them to anyone and as soon as they decide to do their job and get me sorted out I'll be changing insurance company. Waste of time and money.
