I have been a customer since 2003 when it was NEM but I have found since the switch over the service is not as it was. It has become very impersonal and generic not to mention takes forever to get through. But there are still some staff that remain consistent.
Pricey but great service and quick claim settlements. The add-ons to insurance is also impressive.
Phone was not answered by a person. The automated vn kicked advising what to do in order to speak with a Real Person - maybe none was at work that day not even the telephone operator or receptionist.
They smashed my back glass and the turnaround was really fast. Mr Lake was easy to deal with and made the process seem easy.
