This was a lovely get away from the urban atmosphere in Kingston. The staff was courteous and the grounds of Jamaica zoo was well kept. My son in particular enjoyed the adventure. All his many questions were answered by the different tour guides and the flow at the zoo kept us both intrigued and wanting more.

My 3 yr old and 4yr old friend had a great time Very interactive tour and or guide was knowledgeable and super friendly. we will definitely visit again

Need way more animals, the space is there for the animals to go so put them there. I was so excited to go but then got disappointed. Love the lions though, that was the best part

Visited the zoo on a weekday when there wasnt much crowd. Took my daughter for her birthday and it was lovely. She enjoyed herself and had an obsession with the bounce-about. She and I had the two all to ourselves. The staff was warm and friendly.
My daughter had a blast and that made it a great experience for me.

A wonderful place to visit, the outside area doesn’t look too inviting once you pull up but as soon as you get in, there are a range of animals to look at. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, you get to feed the monkey, hold some of the animals and watch a mini animal show. Would go again for sure

Had a great time here with the kids. We enjoyed the tour and the guide ( the lady with the red hair) was knowledgeable, informative, and gorgeous. I would definitely come back again to see her and the animals.

Pretty good and structured tour. The petting of the animals took awhile to warm up to but I braved it and pet them all.

Needs some work. The petting part wasnt bad but the owner needs to turn over the commentary to someone else. Lots of potential. The lions are quite majestic but they need more room to roam. Loved the Monkeys but they too need more room to play. Going to try to help the owner with some marketing. Hopes he takes the advise. This could be HUGE in a few years

I absolutely love this zoo. It may be small but it is mightly like its lions.It is every interactive the staff is knowledgeable about all the animals it has. I can't wait til it grows to 148 acres. I will be back on my next visit to Jamaica

The zoo is still going through development phase. My understanding is that the animals are currently being held in temporary holding areas and will be move into more spacious areas resembling their natural habitat as soon as possible.. I look forward to the completion of the Jamaica zoo..

They are in the early phases but the attractions are quite impressive. They have exotic and local animals and the staff is quite knowledgeable about the animals. They have a lot of plans to expand, but what's there is quite impressive.

Let me start by saying this place can be great as it has a lot for potential for development. With that said this being my third visit I actually feel that this last trip was a rip off, what I am assuming is that most of the animals that were there before have passed on and has not been replaced. The zoo is lacking in animals, I have a friend who is an animal lover and he has more animals than jamaica zoo. You people need to get your act together and get some animals in the zoo.

I went to Jamaica zooand I want in one grade I saw Paris rabbits and birds and parrots and snakes it was nice we even go out on the playground out and play then we get our lunch KFC and went home
