  My first time in Negril and I loved this hotel. It was so, so comfortable and homey feeling. We walked the beach to see the sun come up and breakfast was ready when we got back. Took the glass bottom boat ride, and had a magnificent massage with the sea lulling you to sleep. Loved it!!

  Loved it here. The staff are really REALLY hospitable. Very sweet, kind, and accommodating. You can tell management is really dedicated to creating a great experience for its guests. My only recommendations would be to improve wifi service to the rooms (which they were in the process of doing) and to make sure the cleanliness of the rooms are held to a higher standard (particularly the floors, and I found all different types of hairs on my sheets and pillows).

  The Worst experience ever from my many time visiting Jamaica. It was all good until one of the staff member stole our cell phones on our last day at the resort and then left the resort in hiding and worst ain't no one there for you to complain to !!!!! Would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS RESORT NOT EVEN FOR MY DOG !!

  We went here for drinks and food. They took our order and a credit card. Than made us wait more than an hour and a half for the food, trying to get us to drink more.
  
  If you don't want the life sucked out of your day, don't go here.

  My idea of a perfect vacation spot is a place where I can feel at home away from home. If you are looking for a place that feels like the Jamaica with it's warm and respectful simplicity, then Jamaica Tamboo is for you. If you love the beach and want the sand and water to be "right there", then Jamaica Tamboo is for you. If you love good food, a good drink, a beautiful view,and amazing service, Jamaica Tamboo is for you.
  
  Amazing staff, makes for one fabulous experience. This is for those people who don't like the hustle and commercialism of a huge all-inclusive, but love the beauty and peace of a wonderful island. Jamaica Tamboo is close to everything in Negril, and the staff will happily accommodate your travel to island attractions.
