It's nice and secure living in Jacaranda homes. The house just seem very cheaply made and a bit ugly. However it's a nice environment, great not very nosy neighbors..

Very comfortable. The only thing I may find fault with is that the houses tend to be very hot on the inside..even when it's breezy outside. Also, there are some cracks on some of the walls nowwhich I also think is due to the interior heat.

A quiet gated community with young professionals raising their families. The environment is very clean and well maintained.

Nice gated community. Kid's play area is great for people with kids. There is also a walking trail there for exercising in the late night/early morning.

Gated community just outside Spanish Town off Old Harbour Road. It's a good community to live in and close enough to the Spanish Town toll entrance/exit. Traffic can be a challenge sometimes but who doesn't have traffic challenges these days?

Its nicely built, self contained, relatively secured given its a gated community. Considerably centrally located given the level of access it provides to Highway 2000, Old Habor, Spanish Town among other places

Its a quiet community with friendly neighbors. Gated with security presence 24 hours. Taxis are not allowed inside but does have caddy carts to take you around.
