  Horrible service. I kept an event, there was no generator on their part. I paid in full for a bouncy package with 50 snow cones and 50 popcorn, the generator I had could not start up those machines. No one communicated to me prior that I needed a certain type of generator. So for 4 hours no popcorn or snow cones for the kids. However after the event I called, explained the situation, seeing if they would atleast reimburse part of the $25,000 I paid. Spoke to the receptionist she communicated she would return my call. 3 days later no call. I rang spoke to the manager, she told me she was unable to assist because she wasn't the one who took my complaint. It wasn't about the money for me, it was more about the service. They didnt try to help in anyway. If someone had taken the time to call and speak to me, even if they weren't able to refund an amount, I would've been fine. Their service is absolutely poor. Will never use them again.

  Very friendly and informative staff. Special mention to Jodi-Kay and Davion (I think that was the name of the delivery guy). 😊
  Update: unfortunately, the bounceabout was filthy when it was delivered. We were told there was no time between deliveries for it to be cleaned. I would suggest asking about this when you're ordering. We had to go in with our cleaning supplies, Lysol and Febreze.
