Was there because KFC line up on a Friday is unforgivable. Great island home style meals all good options we had the BBQ satisfaction no complaints.

Prices have become too high relative to the quality and quantity of the meala served. Lines/wait times are also always too long. The new order systems are however more efficient, reducing order errors and the staff are usually pleasant and courteous.

Poor service and need to improve their wait times so many staff and no food coming over the counter bad service and seems no one is in charge of making things move

I'm liking the move to healthier choices for the customer by providing ground provisions and steamed vegetables. They however a solid Salad offering. The Twin Gates location is the best so far, and also opens the latest

Really nice place, and the seating is designed to facilitate any size or type of customer. Just dont go around the rush hours, line can get pretty long.

I have been abroad for some time and went home for a vacation ,so i needed some yard food. I ventured into this place hoping to reaquaint my taste buds to some good jamaican tasting food.
The food was disgusting..worst I have ever tasted. I went on the 9/5/17 ,ordered a breakfast which consisted of roast breadfruit, boiled banana and pumpkin. I do not eat pumpkin so I asked for an extra slice of roast breadfruit and was told that I could not have it like that. I spoke with a supervisor and she reiterated that this could not be done..talk about customer service. She eventually said "am doing you a fava, a going to give you a extra piece of
    roast breadfruit".
When I got the breakfast and went to sit at the crappy table to enjoy the meal. I was in for a rude awakening.
It was a banana plantation, (four fingers) a nasty looking piece of boil breadfruit and a piece of half cooked chicken staring up at me. This was the worst tasting and insipid meal I have ever seen..i promptly dumped it on top of the garbage receptacle in the store.
The total cost of my misery was $900+..i would never buy anything from this place again ,neither would I recommend it to any one abroad..disgusting.

Line up, order, pay and wait for your ticket to be called. Service is slow, parking is horrendous however if you want to experience Jamaican food and don't like the idea of street food then this is the place. Island Grill is located in a number of places, affordable and has plenty of healthy options.

Great food, relatively quick service, sometimes they play music too loud but this is minor.

Five stars for one of the healthiest fast food places in Jamaica, using local products and helping to market our famous Jerked chicken. Try their festivals as a side. Satisfaction is the crowd favorite.
