The staff is nice, but not very accommodating. The facilities are average as well. The pool is not as clean as you would expect. They have good security. But there are no shops, stores, or resturaunts near by. For that you would have to go into May Pen town. There is a new shopping complex being built relatively close, however.

No mini fridge staff is really polite but food is a bit overpriced the chief is good tho no carpets in the room tho it's spacious wen it gets cold the tile makes u feel like ur walking on death for 8000jmd a night I wanted more it's an ok hotel but I have seen better

I must say I was very dissapointed... As I had a business trip and had to stay overnight... The accommodation is dated... There was no hot water... There was no soap to get a shower in the night... In the morning water was not available to use the bathroom.
..so I had to use wet wipes... For what they are charging I believe it is a bit pricey for their appalling services.
Would nor recommend at all... It's like one of those cheap motels.... With a price for nice hotel!!

If you are looking to host a wedding, conference or an intimate event, this is the place as it features a conference centre as well as lawn areas. They give suggestions for decor which are usually amazing. The price for food is a bit on the expensive side. It has a pool accessible to visitors. They also have a stadium in the event that you want to host track or football meets.

Great customer service.. however hotel needs to update a few things. There are no irons in the room was told if we needed to get that service we had to pay $100 per garment. No microwave on propeety for guest use. Television was placed on a table which blocked cable box. More outlets need to be installed in the room ..none in bathroom..

This is a nice simple quite hotel hide away spot, the rooms are bad at all for the price you'd pay and a place that you can keep a little celebrations (wedding, birthday party, function). Beautiful garden and functions halls. Located 5mins away from May Pen town. Come check it out and you can contact Angels Bridal then can have it decorated for you for any event.

Wish if I could give them 0 star! Unprofessional and unethical staff members, they overbooked the rooms then literally evicted you and their reason for evicting you is a group has reserved the room. When I initially reserved the room I told them how long I wanted to stay, and they were willing to accommodate me at that time. They promised to change my, and they did not the next thing I was told is that a group will be coming for the room, and I will have to leave.The staff members are the most disgusting and unscrupulous bunch I have ever come across. The owner/owners needs to provide effective customer service training to their employees. What a joke!

Not ready at all for vacation, worst i have ever been to. Lawn needs to cut, trees grow out of shape, walls need painting, rooms and bathroom have mold in the ceiling, window blades falling out of place, floor need cleaning, bathroom mirro need changing, bathtub have black spots all around, there is duck ants nest trails around the walls, ants nest in the corner of the bathroom, the bed foot rotten, plumbing fixtures need to be replace and furnitures need to trash, how can this place advertise to the public its a disgrace, where are the building inspectors.

Furniture and TV very out dated, receptionist was not very helpful, I booked months in advance and they lost my reservation and charged me the same price of a room that was significantly smaller than what was requested
