The shopping experience at this location is okay however, this location does not carry all the same products as the Fairview store.

It's a small supermarket, clean, with a wide assortment or household, fruits,ground produce, meats, pastry and other grocery items. Customer experience is average. Small parking area on the same street next door.

Items are fresh and tasty, however, if you're going to shop at Hilo take along a bag to place your groceries in because they are not giving any plastic bags. You will have to pay 20JMD for a paper bag.

Last year I went Jamaica for a family Bereavement. We wasn’t very happy about going to Jamaica because the food prices are very expensive!! We looked online from home, we were shocked to look at the prices. From jump the store was nice, and cool the AC was on, the music was little loud. The food prices were very off putting, you got nice food, but it’s very expensive! As we were about to pay for our items, the cashier was very rude, in most establishment cashier are told to keep their mouth shut a all times, clearly Jamaican customers service needs to looked at!

Always enjoy shopping at Hi Lo Supermarket on Church in Montego Bay.The prices are outrageous but the cashiers are the bestest so i go because of their (the cashiers service and their friendliness)

The spacious aisles are great. There's an array of items from which to purchase. Vegatarians, meat lovers all can find food of interest. There's one draw back, the prices are a bit higher than supermarkets in the vicinity.

Not a great variety of food offered. Alot of pre packaged food. Not much for produce or much of a meats section. Prices are fairly comparable to a North American grocery store. Does sell alcohol as well.

With great variety and quality products, Hi Lo has been doing renovations at some of their locations and the renovations look amazing. I frequent their juice bar for some awesome, healthy smoothies that are great for breakfast after the gym or even lunch.

OK place to shop but a lot of things have no prices, have to keep asking assistance for prices when you find them. The Hi-low at fairview shopping centre is a much better and up dated super market to shop.
