Lines tend to be long during the back to school period. But they usually have the hard to get books. When all other stores can't obtain books, they seem to be able to get them. Hence 4 stars.

During the hectic back to school rush, I went to purchase books for my child and despite the crowd, the staff ensured that each customer was looked after in a timely, courteous and efficient manner.

Henderson has long been a store to pick-up all back-to-school supplies (textbooks, stationery, souvenirs etc.).

There's also the Hilton Pharmacy that is on the ground floor of the building that makes for convenient access to the whole family. Photodayz also is also on the ground floor, providing photography services.

Environment is spacious and welcoming and staffs are customer friendly. Henderson's Bookstore offers a wide range of text and notebooks and other stationeries. And prices are quite reasonable.

Service was good. I got in, asked for what I wanted, paid and got out in a flash. It's a plus that they are open later than 5:30pm otherwise I wouldn't have gotten through.

Clean spacious environment. A wide variety of books and stationery. Things are a little pricey. Staff ok. It is located on the busiest street in montego bay hence it's convenient for grabbing stuff. Not too happy with the no refund policy

It was full when i got there. Costomers everywhere, but the staff made it easy to shop. They were very helpful. Hats off to that short brown lady that works there. She was very pleasant and very helpful.

Great for all your stationaries, books and gifts while downstairs you can get your pharmacy and beauty supplies along with printing and photo needs met. A real one stop shop.

I had to stand for a long time to get someone to take my booklist and serve me. It wouldn't be so much of a problem if i wasn't 8mths pregnant. After that i had to stand in an even longer line to pay for the items. Had to ask someone to hold my space while i find somewhere to sit. No one cared if you were pregnant, sick or disabled.
