Central point for the JUTC (National bus service) in Half Way Tree. Can be very loud and crowded especially when it's packed with school children. The bus generally don't run on schedule and sadly the state of the buses have been deteoriating.

From this single point, public passenger buses go to all the major business centres in Kingston, and travellers can also use buses that can link them to public transport hubs in downtown Kingston, Portmore, Spanish Town, Stony Hill, Papine, and the Norman Manley International Airport. This covers the four cardinal points around the city. Convenience shopping is available in the centre. The centre is literally also in the centre of Half-Way-Tree, so linkages to financial and shopping centres is very convenient. The facility is used by the Jamaica Urban Transit Company (JUDC) and managed and owned by the Port Authority of Jamaica. A historical note: the centre was the former location of the Odeon Cinema. The centre straddles North and South Odeon Avenues.

Nice hub for the Jamaica Urban Transit Company (JUTC, Yellow or Chi Chi) busses. Has adequate security when it's necessary and they continually maintain bathrooms. Please note there isn't much privacy in these bathrooms so it's okay for a quick release of the bladder but not much else. Nice assortment of shops for the space. Natural air pollution channeling ain't that bad either.

Very clean. Security all over. Washrooms very clean. Hot food available upstairs main entrance to sellers and banks. Very busy area.

The creation of the centre is an improvement. The design is flawed though, since it seems to be constructed to keep the inside hot. It is so hot in there and when it rain water falla unto the bottom floor. The buses run poorly also. I take the 12a, 8a,17a, 18a, 1, 21, 23 and 51 often.

The only one of it's kind in the island and it's really a feat of engineering. Proper facilites and convenient shops for travellers. Love the candy store downstairs. LOVE!

My only main concern is that the buses need to drive slower while in the transport terminal. Like seriously.

Clean facilities and easy access to all the different routes offered by the JUTC. It's located in a central location which is a plus.

Clean bathroom facilities, buses run frequently, all are air conditioned, elevator facility, roof for hosting of private or public gatherings, friendly drivers and customer care personnel.

The routes are a mess. Wait too long for buses at the transport centre. Bus drivers needs to be pleasant and customer service friendly especially the 21 & 23 routes. There needs to be more order with the bus lines as well. Why must some wait an hour for a bus?

I gave one star for safety. The buses on the lines I take a safe to my experience. I do believe, however that the buses are not being run properly. I have had to wait for more that 2 hrs for 1 bus and I am not talking pick choose and refuse for nearly 3 years now. I moved and changed buses and it's the same if not worse service. I do not believe that as a school student, yes now don't disregard my comment, that I should have to wait more than 30 minutes for a bus. If I get to hwt at 3 o'clock and I am just getting a bus at 5 5:30 what does that speak to? Solely the traffic? I am not of that belief. It is a poorly executed system and I do not believe it will be profitable or successful if it continues like this in years to come.
