Used the hotel for my mom's 80th birthday celebrations in February.
Excellent service. Decor was fabulous. The event coordinator was the best. Hats off to you Marsha. Thanks Golfview for helping to create such great memories

The room was not bad. Went on a retreat, conference & dining rooms were good. Set up was good. Food was great. Great improvements since my last visit some time ago.

The staff is amazing! They will be the best part of your stay. The rooms weren't up to par. Water barely ran, shower broken, door sticks, and our view was a pile of bricks and trash

Comfy and affordable. The pool is 5" which is somewhat shallow, thus kids friendly. The rooms are comfortable, but lacks proper ventilation on the student side, thus it is hot even though mandeville is a very breezy and chilly parish. On the hotel side it's actually quite breezy and well ventilated.

Decent hotel in the Mandeville city centre with easy walking access to many stores, restaurants, supermarkets and plazas. Has friendly courteous staff at the reception desk, clean spacious rooms, hot water and a small pool. Practical and ideal for business stays, meetings and conferences.

Its quiet and an easy walk from the Hospital (which is great for me). The view is minimal, and the rooms are just comfy enough. But the staff is warm and accommodating. I'll upload more pics another time

Just returned from my city of birth Mandeville and stayed at the Golf View Hotel. I chose not to go the "All inclusive" package because I wanted to experience the local feel. I walked to the market place and caught a cab $100 JA, daily to Soldier camp to see family. Great choice!!! I will be back as soon as I can. The staff were wonderful and helpful.

The options in this town are rather limited but as far as this place goes it's not a bad choice. Stayed two nights because of work and it was ok. The staff are nice. The rooms are adequate and the food is alright. In all its ok for a town that's not really known for its hotels.

The hotel was beautiful, however there was a dead Insect on the bathroom counter,the TV would not work and the door there was no door to close the bathroom from the bedroom.

IMPECCABLE SERVICE
Thank you Golf View Hotel for providing such as exceptional hospitality service for everyone in attendance of my mum's 70th surprise birthday get together.
The staff were wonderful and accommodating. Special thanks to Rosie & Marsha for their genuine warmth and for going above & beyond in making mum's day memorable. In addition, the banquet room were dressed in splendor, the food was delightful to the taste buds.
I certainly will not hesitate to speak about the excellent service received at "The Golf View Hotel."
I pray the Lord will direct other businesses within Jamaica to discover and inquire of "The Golf View Hotel" mandate of excellency of service behind their operation. We certainly would have a lot less disgruntle patrons.
Wishing God's continuous blessing & covering over "The Golf View Hotel & Staff as they impart their distinction.
