Quiet retreat. Beautiful beach a stone's throw away. Friendly staff, cook to order, really good value for money. Beautiful view from room of the Caribbean sea. They are building a bar here but otherwise there is a little shop at the end of the road.

I attended a wedding at this resort and first of all. It’s a public beach, I’m they do not have personal access to the beach so you will have loads of residents at the location.
Secondly, the staff are; a) deceptive and b) disrespectful.
A) we were told all rooms come available with WiFi. The whole building opposite the beach did not come with WiFi.
My room did not come with covers, I had to request it.
They do not have any lockers to put your possessions whilst you are in the beach.
B) their staff have no respect for the customers. As a wedding you should be well prepared for morning breakfast, so the food should be prepared before the guests arriving. That did not happen. They did not have enough food to feed everyone. Most guests had to cancel their food.
No local stores, if you do not know the area, it’s best to get everything you want prior arriving there.

Not really a tourist location, more for locals or who know the country.

The rooms are really nice and modern here, but there's not much to do around the area of the hotel itself given it is quite far from Kingston your spend most of your time on the beach and in your hotel room. The views are beautiful and the beds are comfortable. There was no hot water and barely any shower pressure when we were there.

Cleaning needs improvement, no staff available to ask anything. You would need to walk all the way to reception for assistance. Didn't feel safe.
